Refund Policy
1. Overview
At James Anderson, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their video call experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued for our services.
2. Call Package Purchases
When you purchase a call package, you are reserving time with a specific influencer. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these services:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call: Full refund or credit
- Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled call: 50% refund or full credit
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled call: No refund (store credit may be issued at our discretion)
- No-shows (customer does not attend the call): No refund or credit
3. Incomplete Call Policy
We understand that technical issues can sometimes disrupt video calls. Our policy for incomplete calls is as follows:
3.1 Technical Failures
If a call is disconnected or cannot be completed due to technical issues on our platform (status: 'error' or 'disconnected'):
- Less than 5 minutes of successful connection: Full refund or reschedule
- 5-15 minutes of successful connection: 75% credit toward future calls
- More than 15 minutes of successful connection: 50% credit toward future calls
3.2 Influencer-Side Issues
If an influencer has technical problems, poor connection, or must end the call early:
- Less than 50% of scheduled time completed: Full credit or proportional refund
- 50-75% of scheduled time completed: 50% credit toward future calls
- More than 75% of scheduled time completed: Call considered fulfilled
3.3 Customer-Side Issues
If your own internet connection, hardware, or software causes call issues:
- No automatic refund or credit will be issued
- You may request a one-time courtesy credit by contacting support
- We recommend testing your equipment before scheduled calls
4. Influencer Cancellations
If an influencer cancels a scheduled call:
- Any time before the scheduled call: Full refund or 110% credit
- Repeated cancellations: Full refund plus courtesy credit
5. Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services:
- Cancellations can be made at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods
- Service continues until the end of the billing period
6. Request Process
To request a refund or credit:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to "Transactions" or "Call History"
- Select the specific call or purchase
- Click "Request Refund" and follow the prompts

7. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method, which may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
