Account Removal Policy
1. Introduction
This Account Removal Policy explains how you can delete your account on James Anderson ("we," "our," or "us"), what happens to your data, and when we may remove content or suspend accounts.
2. User-Initiated Account Deletion
2.1 Customer Accounts
As a customer, you can delete your account at any time by following these steps:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click on "Privacy & Data"
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Follow the confirmation process
2.2 Content Provider/Influencer Accounts
If you are a content provider, you can request account deletion by:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Click on "Deactivate Account"
- Complete the exit interview process
- Contact support at info@tagber.com for final confirmation
3. What Happens to Your Data
3.1 Account Information
When you delete your account:
- Your personal profile will be removed from our platform within 30 days
- Your username and email will be disassociated from any public content
- Your personal information will be purged from our active systems
3.2 Transaction History
Due to financial regulations and accounting requirements:
- Transaction records will be retained for 7 years in our secure database
- These records will be anonymized to the extent permitted by law
- They will only be accessible for legal and financial compliance purposes
3.3 Content and Messages
Upon account deletion:
- Direct messages will be removed from recipient inboxes
- Comments or public interactions will show as "deleted user"
- All stored video call recordings (if any) will be permanently deleted
4. Mandatory Retention Periods
Certain information may be retained even after account deletion to comply with:
- Legal obligations
- Tax requirements
- Fraud prevention purposes
- Enforcement of our terms and conditions
This data is securely stored and only accessed when legally required.
5. Platform-Initiated Removal
5.1 Content Moderation

- Saving any content you wish to preserve
